Airport Contraband demo

App 4442880 is free on Steam. It opened on 23 Apr 2026 and it is not the prologue.

The demo store page dates the release to 23 Apr 2026, and the Steam news post that day says the demo is live. These are two surfaces of one developer source. IGN's independently published demo-launch trailer is also dated 23 Apr 2026.

The store description limits the demo to the terminal. It does not include the full game's expanded areas or the hangar. A supervisor walks you through the queue: let people through, check what they carry, and search them. You can confiscate goods, take cartel work, buy perks, and deal with passengers moving in and out. That is the scope I am willing to describe. I am not going to invent a checklist of every desk, because the page does not give one.

How it differs from the paid game and the prologue

CaseOh's long video went up the next day, 24 Apr 2026, and the studio's PR note from Stride describes that stream as a hands-on with the demo. If you are here because of that stream, the toy people nicknamed Big Ben is covered on the Big Ben page, without a picture of it.

Questions people ask

Does the demo include the hangar?

The demo store text says the terminal is open and the full game's hangar and expanded areas are not.

Will my demo save carry over?

The studio has not said so. The demo and the full game are different Steam apps, so I do not promise a transfer.
